We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation with a mission to generate & nurture qualified leads through integrated marketing campaigns (including email, multi-channel ABM, and paid ads).

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Lead, design & measure email marketing experiments to increase open rate, CTR, and response rate. And make campaign recommendations based on A/B testing and customer insights research.
  • Lead paid ads strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Convert leads to opportunities with best-in-class nurture campaigns
  • Take our account based marketing to the next level with audience segmentation lists and increased personalization that increase engagement and conversion KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain scalable best practice processes across marketing and sales.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience building a digital marketing machine: Expertise in how to build a best-in-class digital marketing machine that integrates all channels (paid ads, social, email, website etc) to promote content (webinars, ebooks) and other marketing offers to drive lead generation and opportunity conversion across the funnel
  • Strategic email marketing expertise: Expert in email marketing strategy and best practices as well as managing hands-on, high-volume email campaigns (Pardot experience preferred)
  • Digital advertising expert: Experience in leveraging paid ads, particularly LinkedIn, as a viable channel for driving leads and conversions.
  • Exceptional writer: Writes creative and memorable copy that is timely, relevant, and differentiates Hinge Health from the competition
  • Enterprise-level demand gen strategy experience: Must have experience defining and driving strategic testing plans across all email streams (including nurture & re-engagement), paid ads (including retargeting), and ABM.
  • Analytical (Data-driven): Partner with marketing ops to create and analyze campaign reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Project management: Manage multiple campaigns at once and recommend prioritization, timelines & processes to ensure all success criteria are met
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to create new demand gen strategies and tactics (e.g. unique offer/CTA, new channel, etc.)
