Shopper Acquisition Marketing Manager (Job Boards)
OVERVIEW
Our digital marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new Instacart Shoppers through various job boards, owning both strategy and execution. This person will be working directly with senior leadership across different teams and will be making a big impact on overarching company goals.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and drive strategy, plans and execution of shopper acquisition via job boards.
- Perform daily account management of campaigns on various job board platforms including Craigslist, Indeed, Kijiji, etc.
- Set up and scale new campaigns as needed, and provide data-driven recommendations to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and scale the channel efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Shopper Growth to meet required forecasted Shopper needs across all regions, and manage external vendor relationships with account management teams.
- Partner with Engineering to improve operational efficiency through automation of reporting and campaign updates.
- Partner with the Data Science team to conduct marketing experiments and AB tests on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats.
- Track, report and present campaign performance with internal stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years experience with acquisition marketing in-house, across major ad platforms. Direct experience working with job boards preferred.
- Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Proficiency in SQL a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Thorough understanding of acquisition marketing and expert in scaling acquisition campaigns while optimizing for CPA targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Bonus: Experience in the on-demand economy
