We are looking for a great Sr. Demand Generation Manager who’s ready to take it to the next level. You will own the lead funnel and be responsible for driving global MQLs in a nascent, yet exploding category. As an early stage contributor, you'll have the opportunity to build from the ground up and play a key role across Marketing and Sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, execute and optimize demand generation strategies that drive online traffic, platform adoption and accelerate usage.
  • Established and manage lead funnel and lead lifecycle to enable reliable campaign tracking, reporting, and lead hand-off.
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns for fast-paced, high growth B2B software company.
  • Leverage multiple channels and program tactics, including but not limited to: acquisition paid programs (sponsored email, content syndication, list buys, advertising, virtual events, etc.), database and nurture email, webinars, field events, real time web personalization, retargeting, and more.
  • Understand and own database management, segmentation and reporting for marketing campaign results
  • Analyze the weekly and monthly program performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of content, mix, frequency, etc. in order to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Plan and manage annual budget and lead generation plan in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Track and manage budget for marketing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including marketing, sales and creative teams to ensure programs meet business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and product to understand target audience personas, messaging and content and translate those into targeted campaigns for various digital channels.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years experience in developing and executing successful online and offline B2B demand generation campaigns.
  • Track record in building, executing and delivering high impact ROI-driven lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition in a fast paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, data flow, measurement, analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with successful execution.
  • Experience using key tools, including Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Adwords/Analytics.
  • Self-starter and driven with an experimentation mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced team, and across various functions – with a great sense of humor.
  • Experience with Freemium SaaS models considered a plus.
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
