 ABOUT THE ROLE

OneLogin is seeking an exceptional Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and own our targeted Account-Based marketing strategy across one of our global regions. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is analytical, creative, wants to run account-based programs, and is ready to scale. The right candidate is an excellent strategist who also enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuff done. 

  • Collaborate directly with the regional sales reps to develop a strategy that supports regional quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals
  • Define, manage, and host targeted regional events to drive mid-funnel pipeline and sales acceleration
  • Develop and re-purpose relevant marketing content and programs in support of regional sales goals
  • Partner with marketing leadership and corporate demand generation to develop a regional Account-Based Marketing strategy across all channels--including email, digital, direct mail, webinars, and more
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales VPs and reps 
  • Build programs and track opportunities, pipeline, and marketing influence using Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing attribution technology
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of all programs on sales cycles on a regular basis--reporting out to the executive team, marketing, and regional reps


ABOUT YOU

  • BA, emphasis on marketing preferred, MBA a plus
  • 5-7 years experience in field marketing or demand generation at a B2B enterprise software company
  • 2+ years experience in event management and/or demand generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with a remote team
  • Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience with Engagio, Terminus, Intent data is a plus
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
