About The Role & Team

The Go-to-Market Operations team leverages data, technology, and process to support the explosive growth of Amplitude. We partner with leaders from the Go-to-Market team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships) to develop a cohesive go-to-market strategy and execute on a global scale. The business systems team is the foundation component of GTM Ops that provides the data, automation, and tooling required for scale. 

As a Sr. Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will: 

• Work directly with GTM leadership to create and execute on strategies that steer global demand gen investment
• Develop marketing/sales conversion and attribution models
• Be the go-to expert on channel performance and help answer “Where should Amplitude invest the next dollar?”
• Define and drive analysis aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of demand gen performance, growth drivers, and trending. 
• Design processes across sales and marketing to drive efficiency and operational excellence
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Finance and communicate recommendations to the broader organization. 

You'll be a great addition to the team if: 

• You have a track record of experience in a sales/marketing strategy and operations role 
• You have experience in financial modeling & ROI analysis
• You know how to leverage data and tools to automate workflows and reporting
• You’re comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
