About the Role

WalkMe is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will bring a balanced mix of strategic and technical skills to establish deep customer and market insights, identify and segment our target audience, build powerful messaging and content, and support the go-to-market needs of Product, Sales, and Marketing. 

What you’ll do:

• Understand our customers and market, building relevant customer insights that inform our Product, Sales, and Marketing organizations
• Assess customer needs, the competitive landscape, and our value proposition through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Build a broad range of product marketing content and experience that supports our go-to-market strategy and integrated campaigns
• Partner closely with the Sales Enablement, Field Readiness, and Account Management organizations to equip and train field teams with the messaging and content needed to attract the market, including contributing to regular trainings and new hire orientations
• Provide regular feedback and insights to global product and marketing organizations
• Participate in global teams including Product, Design, Marketing, and Sales through the go-to-market process

What you’ll bring:

• 5 or more years of experience in product marketing or product management
• Experience with B2B software marketing, preferably at high-growth companies
• Enthusiastic attitude with a bias toward solutions, not problems
• Exceptional speaking and writing abilities, with a sharp eye for detail
• A knack forcreative problem-solving
• A passion for working with global teams, across a variety of languages and cultures
• Ability to travel up to 25%
