You will:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as go-to-market strategies, competitive intelligence, and sales pipeline management
• Perform analyses and research that help Bond make the right decisions with the right framing
• Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders

You have:

• 3+ years of top tier investment banking, management consulting, or private equity experience. Additional fintech or enterprise technology experience welcomed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
• Exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to use data to make decisions; strong knowledge of data analysis and the ability to use metrics to drive business and operational outcomes and improvements
• You have a proven ability to implement projects from ideation to execution and scaling, establishing clear directions and objectives in support of business needs

You also likely have:

• Experience at a fintech or high growth startup
