SHIFT is hiring a Lot Coordinator in #SouthSanFrancisco #CA #Oakland 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization and maintenance of our lot inventory. 

What you'll have:

• Valid Driver's License
• Computer, tablet, and iOS proficiency (Preferred)
• Verified experience of working in a fast-paced, flexible working environment
• Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Flexible work schedule. Willing to work weekends
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time (5 - 8 hours a day)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the fleet dispatcher to ensure timely staging for outgoing and incoming vehicle shipments.
• Ingress and document transportation drop-offs using iOS tooling
• Partner with the Inventory team during promotional runs 
• Partner with field team to ensure vehicles are located, quality checked, and on time for appointment departure
• Proactively manage lots and identify opportunities to improve organization
• Manage and rotate EV vehicles based on charge capacity for same day and next day appointments.
• Perform lot audits on a regular cadence for accounting purposes and resolve incorrect vehicle locations
• Daily review of vehicle condition documentation to ensure online listings matches actual
• Ensure QR product labels are attached and accurate for all listed vehicles
• Maintain an open feedback channel between field teams and recon to level set expectations on lot organization
