We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be an ambassador of our company. In this role, you will own the reception area, greet guests and employees as they enter the property, coordinate visits with clients and candidates, and play a key role in keeping our office organized and running smoothly. This position will report to the Office Manager, who you will assist with general office operations and facilities needs, while creating an exceptional visitor, candidate, and employee experience. 

You Will:

  • Open the office in the morning
  • Greet and welcome visitors and employees. Ensure all guests sign-in and complete the nondisclosure agreement
  • Ensure the reception and kitchen areas are maintained to a high standard 
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, catering and facilitation of onsite guests 
  • Receive deliveries and mail 
  • Assist with planning employee events and parties
  • Maintain a fun office culture
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as needed

You Have: 

  • Previous experience in administrative work 
  • Experience managing confidential material with discretion
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience working in a service-oriented environment, and an ability to engage with clients and all levels of staff
  • Exceptional sense of organization and time management skills 
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize day-to-day operations as well as assist with anything that comes up
  • Ability to work independently and well under pressure
