ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

Reporting to our VP of Growth, you will be a key player in planning strategies and will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of all growth initiatives. Our growth team is divided into media buying and creative sub teams, our success is dependent on these two wings planning and executing harmoniously together. On top of that, we work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Finance on a variety of projects ranging from market testing product ideas, requesting product features, building LTV models, and financial forecasting. We are in a hyper-growth phase and as a core member of our growth team, you will help us maximize our team capacity and operate efficiently and effectively as we grow.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work closely with our VP of Growth and stay on top of our monthly and quarterly projects, bring up any friction points and work collaboratively to adjust to the ever changing climate of Growth. 
  • Partner with Digital and Offline media buying, layout the needs and project dependencies, clearly communicate needs and deadlines to other teams, and stay on top of the progress.
  • Be a key player in planning and execution of our high season when we will need to operate in 110% capacity within the growth team, and keep in close communication with all other teams inside the company. 
  • Stay on top of Growth KPIs and trends, elevate issues to the relevant stakeholders quickly and take part in investigating issues using your data chops.
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure consistency between the early on prediction of performance and financial facts.
  • Partner with the Product team and stay on top of the progress on our collaborative projects like requesting and building a new product feature, or creating a campaign around a potential product feature and testing marketability.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams and stay on top of our collaborative projects like developing measurement methods for offline channels, improving LTV prediction models, or shipping our web product live. 
  • Be ready to respond to urgent issues as they arise and coordinate solutions with the team.
  • Be extremely organized and master at details, with the ability to zoom out, see the bigger picture, and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Use your top notch communication skills to manage and deliver periodic updates to stakeholders and keep them informed with just the right amount of information to improve our collective efficacy as a team. 

 

ABOUT YOU 🦄

  • 5+ years experience managing marketing operations in a fast growing startup.
  • Project management experience with a track record of multi-tasking and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to influence and foster deep positive relationships with different teams within the organization.
  • Able to operate under pressure and see roadblocks as an opportunity to innovate.
  • Comfortable with change, embracing ambiguity.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Constantly challenging the status quo, you find yourself asking pivotal questions about our workflows and lead us to make adjustments toward better collaboration efficiency.
  • Expert with SQL and Looker.
