About the Team:

The Business Operations (“BizOps”) team is a nimble and highly impactful team that provides critical guidance, insights and strategic frameworks to the senior leaders responsible for our various functions and business units. The team operates like an internal consulting group to define and drive strategic, operational and organizational improvements across the company, creating the foundational business infrastructure that enables the company to efficiently scale.

Performance Expectations:

• Recruit a world-class team to support the hypergrowth of the organization 
• Create a BizOps roadmap and lead the team to execute against this roadmap 
• Deliver a long-term, company-wide planning framework jointly with Ops leadership 
• Serve as the connective tissue across functional teams by managing rhythm of the business, working to share knowledge and drive people to achieve company goals 
• Scale operational best practices across the organization 

Your Skillz:

• Experienced Ops Leader - 12+ years of work experience in strategy, business operations, or similar roles in the technology sector
• Master of Information - Establishes the right rules of engagement that promote effective information sharing, enabling individuals to understand and react to top company issues
