The Head of Revenue Operations will work closely with all Go-to-market functions. You will own all productivity and effectiveness of the GTM teams, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled. This role is expected to lead all aspects of business operations including our operating cadence, new fiscal year planning, and partnering with executive staff and senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives. This role will report directly to the Chief Business Officer. This is a critical role, perfect for someone who has a strong vision and the execution to make that vision a reality.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

  • Planning and execution of the tactical elements of go-to-market strategy across CX / Sales / Partnerships / Account Management.
  • Partner between Business and Product/Data Science teams in order to prioritize data needs that enable the GTM functions.
  • Enablement: Develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: sales model/renewal processes/methodologies, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, compensation plan design, coverage model, territory design, lead generation management, departmental communications
  • Partner with GTM leadership to oversee day-to-day process execution and adherence to policies; identify problems, and solutions; and communicate performance and changes throughout the organization and cross-functional business unit teams
  • Implement forecasting, resource planning, and processes used across the GTM team(s)
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency across GTM teams.
  • Provide overall support and departmental coordination of GTM teams inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and projects.

EXPERIENCE (Please apply even if you don’t meet all requirements):

  • 6+ years of relevant experience 
  • Strong preference for experience leading an entire sales or revenue operations department at a high growth, pre-IPO tech SaaS startup
  • Ability to move fast and understand high-level business strategies, quickly translate them into system and process requirements and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Must be willing to be hands on, therefore SFDC expertise is absolutely required; BI experience required. 
  • Intellectual horsepower, analytical rigor and, oh yeah, relentless. You figure out how to get the data you need and create actionable insights from it
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of comfort with big sets of data to understand key metrics and apply these to performance optimizations
  • Prior knowledge and experience utilizing sales technology such as Outreach.io / SalesLoft, Gong.IO/Chorus, Hubspot
  • Experience using BI Analytics Tool (Looker / Mode / etc)
  • Experience partnering with Data Science / Analytics team
