We are looking for a Head of Talent Operations & Sourcing to join our people & places leadership team. Quantcast is headquartered in San Francisco but and open to a hybrid and flexible work location for the ideal candidate. 


The successful leader will be a strategic advisor to our executive and senior leadership team, in addition to leading our Recruiting Operations & Sourcing teams. In addition to being results-oriented and data driven, you will partner with our talent acquisition leader to execute on our annual hiring plan, optimize utilization of our ATS and sourcing platforms, scale all TA processes and grow Quantcast's visibility and brand across the globe.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for ongoing evaluation of systems, tools and processes to ensure that they are streamlined, simplified and scalable for the global TA team's benefit. Other responsibilities include: vendor management, ensuring effectiveness of the sourcing team and their ability to build a qualified and diverse candidate pipeline and talent intelligence insights and reporting of current hiring progress and future capacity planning that will increase recruiting effectiveness and efficiency globally. 

What you'll do:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with the global TA team and senior leaders as a trusted advisor to execute the talent strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Build and develop talent intelligence dashboards that will inform ELT on activity and results of the talent acquisition team.
  • Lead the development of talent brand initiatives promoting Quantcast's visibility and reputation across technical & business audiences.
  • Lead a team of results-oriented recruiting operations and sourcing professionals capable of meeting monthly/quarterly hiring goals.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies and approaches with the goal of qualified candidate pipeline build success for all positions quickly and efficiently.
  • Continuously review our systems and tools to ensure that they are optimized to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, from a recruiter, hiring manager and candidate perspective.
  • Evaluate, monitor and manage all TA vendor partnerships to gauge effectiveness, success and impact of services delivered. 

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in global technology focused organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency optimizing, operationalizing, and maintaining an ATS (Lever is highly desired) for the benefit of ensuring candidate and. hiring data integrity and accuracy is achieved and the overall recruiting process is consistent, fluid, and fair for all candidates.
  • Past demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve and enable scaling for a global talent acquisition function.
  • developing multiple programs for talent acquisition including outbound recruiting, referral programs, community and industry outreach to name a few.
  • Persistence to push beyond adversity to tackle sophisticated problems and ambiguity.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets, including recruiting goals and OKRs, and measuring performance.
  • Self-starter with an incredible strong work ethics and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Able to share a visual story with data and insights that leads to results and decision-making. 
  • Excellent collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Proven track record of successful performance in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast has adopted a hybrid work model. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time. The effectiveness of the implementation may differ based on location or team, so please consult with your manager for further information. Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office. Hybrid employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program.
