Opportunity

UJET’s Delivery & Implementation Team plays a critical role in ensuring quick time-to-value for customer implementations of the UJET platform. We support new customers from the time they sign a contract through launch. As the primary point of contact for implementations and expansions, you will leverage your change management, CCaaS configuration, and project management skills to ensure each engagement is timely and satisfactory.

Responsibilities

  • Highly visible role that functions as the critical link between our customers (new and existing), our Channel Partners, and UJET to oversee development and improvements to self-paced learning resources.
  • Ability to identify training needs and fill these gaps leveraging optimal training methodology.
  • Design and architect training curriculum, education resources and materials with ease of use and accessibility in mind.
  • Contribute to the evolution of UJET’s professional services methodologies through the development of training offerings, best practices, and education methodologies.
  • Partner effectively with our Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to facilitate the inclusion of accurate technical content required for effective learning.
  • Reach a moderate level of proficiency with the UJET platform and stay up to date with product changes, enhancements, and defect resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years experience developing training content within an LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Experience in software/technology training development preferred
  • Experience in SaaS technology training even better
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
  • Excellent project management skills for the purpose of prioritizing multiple training curriculums that are necessary for effective self-paced learning by customers, partners and internal staff.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Technical writing and PowerPoint/Keynote/Slides experience
  • Call center or technical support experience a plus
  • Business travel not expected, except for occasional team building opportunities
