As a member of the Infrastructure team at Aurora, you will own the evolution of corporate IT as we enhance our existing security and compliance programs. As the expert for company technology, you will be our high-visibility guide for workplace systems large and small, directly working with our vendors to keep the organization moving. 

At Aurora, you will be the person that defines the internal service and support experience for all Aurorans as we move into our next phase of growth.

What you'll do:

• Own our Google/Okta-based corporate identity and single sign-on architecture that automates our existing provisioning processes for systems access
• Manage and improve both the processes and efficacy for the full scope of IT as we move into our next stage of growth, including day-to-day support tickets, device procurement/assignment, and employee transitions
• Educate and evangelize best practices through a combination of written documentation, internal presentations, and proactive assistance
• Assist fellow Infrastructure members in ongoing iterative improvements across all technology stacks that affect the security and reliability of technology throughout the organization
• Comprehend and own the existing Okta / G Suite / Mosyle setup for handling identity
• Partner with the People Operations team to automate core sections of the employee transition process as we increase our hiring velocity
• Develop and own one corporate-level technology deployment or process as we continue our path to GDPR compliance

What we value:

• Desire to work with business units on defining and collating their software platforms and communications tools around a secure platform for identity management and productivity
• Deep background in the design and rollout of internal corporate-level IT policies and procedures, with a willingness to aid those efforts to align a remote workforce on a zero-trust network environment
• Prior history participating in IT help desk processes, with a preference to quantitative management based on efficacy and satisfaction scores
• A love of pragmatic solutions
• A deep desire to grow and contribute to the growth of others
