Wish is looking for a qualified IT Security Engineer to help ensure the security of our network of global offices. The company is rapidly expanding into cities across the world to handle our international business demands. Our team is young and growing and ideally you will have prior experience being a key player in a similar domain.

What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of our evolving security posture for critical IT infrastructure at Wish.Improve patch management and upgrade processes for both network and server infrastructures, including Windows, Mac and Linux
• Performing compliance and vulnerability scans, analyzing results, and working with identified stake-holders towards remediation 
• Develop and update security procedures with regards to industry best practices
• Participate in high level technical discussions and decisions with internal teams and external vendors

Who you are

• 3+ years of professional experience supporting medium to large scale enterprise companies in a Security Engineer roleStrong communication skills and an analytical approach to solving complex problems
• Understanding of legal, information security, and privacy frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
• Extensive experience with implementing and supporting enterprise security solutions, including: SSO/MFA (Okta/Duo), VPN, Active Directory (Azure & On-Prem)
• Familiar with best practices around securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of enterprise grade security appliances (Palo Alto Networks, Juniper and Cisco)
• Experience assessing and remediating compliance related needs strongly preferred
• B.S. degree or equivalent experience
