As the Operations and Strategy Manager, you will work on a wide variety of projects across teams. You will research, analyze, prepare and present written and verbal reports on topics of top strategic importance for Hinge Health. As we are a small but growing company you should expect to work directly with stakeholders from across board, with special focus on projects in the People, Finance and Supply Chain areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives and ensure smooth implementation
  • Oversee Hinge Health's quarterly OKR planning process
  • Run systems implementation projects in various areas
  • Perform various analyses to support important decisions
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the market

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in consulting or finance (or equivalent)
  • Confidence with analytical tools such as Excel, R, SQL, Google Analytics
  • Strong and efficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to learn, grow and develop as the company grows
  • Based in San Francisco, CA or willing to relocate
