About The Role:

The Finance organization is seeking a talented, hard working, and fun individual to manage the deal close and fulfillment process at Keep Trucking. As the Manager, Order Management, you will report to the Director of Order Management, and be responsible for developing and growing your direct reports. You will partner with cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, Business Applications, Deal Desk and Legal on deal coordination. The ideal candidate will be process and strategically focused, with an attention to detail and the ability to execute on initiatives at scale. What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage the opportunity/deal review and close process
• Support, and liaise with Revenue, Deal Desk and Legal for contract review and processing
• Help drive further automation and efficiency within the order processing workflow
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness with closed opportunities, order forms, contracts and subscriptions in Salesforce, CPQ and Zuora
• Manage and lead the team of audit, returns, and opportunity specialists
• Resolve any subscription or Order Form related issues
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures that reduce manual touch points and improve time to close
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and SLAs

Who You Are:

• 5+ years’ career experience, with at least 3 years of experience in order management, finance operations, or revenue operations
• Direct people management experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ and Zuora (Netsuite a plus)
• A team player with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus to meet deadlines
• Experience with contract structuring and creating solutions to complex and unique deals
• Strong organizational and attention to detail while managing multiple initiatives
• Experience with hardware and subscription software preferred 
• Proficiency with Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree
