Our Clinical Team excels in a fast paced environment, delivering wow level service externally and internally across all business channels while helping patients across the country every day (we hit one million patients last year). Our ability to engage with each patient while providing a personalized experience, which Lemonaid Health is known for, plays a pivotal role in patients choosing us as their preferred telehealth primary care provider.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA. This is not a remote position, but you’ll be working remotely until our offices reopen. Role will report to our Head of Patient Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead day to day operations for a large remote group of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses to uphold our patient commitment of responding to all visits/messages within 2 hours
• Support the team with technical, operational, and procedural questions in real time throughout the day
• Respond quickly to changes in patient demand by working in cooperation with workforce management to shift resources quickly (scheduling, work assignments, etc.)
• Assist and help resolve Clinical team with patient escalations
• Oversee relationship with contract providers who help augment our employed medical team
• Able to handle high volume of daily tasks timely and efficiently with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Working with compliance and licensing, ensure monthly doctor-nurse practitioner collaborative agreement requirements are met

What you'll bring

• 4+ years’ experience leading a busy operational team, preferably in a medical setting
• Experience leading a team remotely
• You have excellent communication skills across written, video and phones
• You have solid computer and smartphone skills to help our team navigate the world of online healthcare.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and have great multitasking skills. You take initiative and follow through while embracing change.
• You strive to WOW our patients and your teammates by going above and beyond everyday. 
• You are a team player! Teamwork and community is important to you. You work well with teammates, and have great communication skills.
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Please note: this is not a role for someone with a MD/DO/NP/RN license.
