We're looking to add a new team member to our Merchant Strategy & Operations group to manage and optimize the experience of our restaurant partners, with a focus on communications and B2B marketing that drives engagement with existing partners. This team member will work cross-functionally with our product, communications, legal, marketing, policy, and account management teams to enable our most valuable merchants to engage deeply with DoorDash products and drive merchant satisfaction. 

What You'll Achieve

  • You’ll own the engagement strategy for how we communicate and interact with existing restaurant partners, driving initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • You’ll evolve our merchant value proposition, partnering closely with our B2B Marketing team to create new Merchant-first programs and products 
  • You’ll drive the go-to-market planning for how we roll out such programs and initiatives and lead implementation across many internal teams
  • You’ll serve as the voice of the merchant in internal forums, representing the Mx needs across teams and gathering insights across account management teams

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in operations / product marketing / consulting or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading projects across large teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
