What you’ll do

  • Strategize – As the driver of our Dasher strategy, you’ll be responsible for improving Dasher retention and engagement across the US. To do this, you’ll set goals and build plans to make DoorDash the most reliable source of earnings in the Gig Economy, making dashing as fair as possible, and create the most compelling rewards and progression program in the industry.
  • Problem-Solve - You’ll uncover and solve complex operational and behavior-driven problems to improve audience health and drive business growth.
  • Analyze – You’ll build models to evaluate the costs and benefits of various business strategies related to Dasher pay, utilization, acquisition, delivery efficiency, incentives and more.
  • Experiment – You’ll devise tests and use data-driven decision making to drive the business and the product forward - all in service of the Dasher as an audience.
  • Influence – You’ll work cross-functionally with our Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Drive, New Verticals, and BD teams to meet and exceed ambitious goals.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
