ABOUT THE ROLE
Clari’s Customer Sr. Manager, Customer Expansion Marketing will be responsible for design, implementation and measurement of growth marketing initiatives into customer accounts -- designing and executing marketing, sales programs, and operations to drive engagement, expansion, and new revenue. Ultimately, your charge is to develop & deploy online and offline post-sales marketing strategies that drive a significant portion of expansion and cross-sell revenue.

You love building measurable, scalable, and repeatable demand generation programs to help achieve revenue targets, and are not afraid of a challenge. You have deep empathy for customers and have a passion for understanding use cases & value drivers for each persona. Your creative energy is balanced by a deep understanding of what levers to pull based on parameters such as target audience size, ASP, and revenue goals. You're constantly thinking of ways to automate and scale effective campaigns. You thrive on working cross functionally to achieve common revenue targets, and more importantly, building consensus on how to get there. While you work well collaboratively, you're also a self-starter who works and thinks autonomously. You deliver your projects on time and don't consider missing your goals to be an option. You're proud to exceed your targets and value taking the time to celebrate exciting wins for your team.
This is a fully remote, work from home, opportunity and we will consider candidates anywhere in US.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute demand generation programs and campaigns to expand Clari use cases within customer accounts to drive net new revenue
- Deliver analytics to track, measure and optimize effectiveness and demand conversion
- Coordinate and collaborate on content and program development that best supports expansion & cross-sell use cases
- Work closely with Customer Success, Customer Marketing, and Account Management to drive cross-functional coordination, strategy, and alignment
- Own customer ABM programs from initial concept to execution and measurement across a variety of channels including digital, email, direct mail, content syndication, and others
- Design & execute strategic field marketing initiatives which are tightly integrated with overall marketing efforts, and drive key results ranging from awareness to revenue
- Partner closely with Sales leadership, managers, and individuals to understand their needs & goals, and prioritize your efforts accordingly
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, & Brand team to ensure consistent cross-channel messaging, look & feel, and experience
