Quantcast is hiring a Sr. Manager to work on the Enterprise Applications Team in our San Francisco office. This position will manage and grow a team of analysts, admins, and developers responsible for maximizing the business value of our Enterprise IT applications. This position works closely with key business stakeholders in HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and operations to select, implement and support technical solutions which enable efficient business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, manage, and lead technical team in support of HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Develop Enterprise Applications integration and development standards for business systems, data architectures and roadmaps
• Grow team’s capabilities through hiring, training, and partnering
• Create IT governance and rules to maximize business value of IT systems
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Applications SDLC, development practices and documentation standards
• Oversee the intake and execution of Corporate Systems projects through all phases, including planning, design, and execution
• Ensure adherence to Information Security practices and timely responses to audit requests

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience managing business systems, with 5 years of that experience building and managing high performing teams
• Experience orchestrating disparate systems into a cohesive information systems architecture including, but not limited to: Workday, Salesforce, Zendesk and JIRA.
• Experience implementing data management frameworks and processes, privileged access models and auditing or reporting as needed.
• Experience managing vendors and consultants, with the ability to hold them to a high standard of service.
• Experience automating repetitive processes to support a high-growth organization and the operating tempo that it entails.
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to manage complex projects from code to operational support.
• Ability to anticipate headcount and articulate budgetary needs for current and future growth.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
