The Role

Lark is seeking a talented Senior Manager Strategy to join our growing team.  In this role you will work closely with the CSO to drive strategic initiatives for the organization. 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new strategic initiatives forward and ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution
  • Align with the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future strategic initiatives
  • Gatekeeper of the “new initiatives” prioritization process and ensure all new initiatives or feature requests are fully defined, evaluated and analyzed for business and strategic value
  • Cross functional collaboration with the executive leadership across departments to further build out the corporate strategy
  • Serve as the lead strategist working closely with the CSO to manage highly strategic and cross-functional projects for the organization
  • Support the creation of foundational intelligence by structuring and packaging work into compelling presentations and recommendations that influence various audiences, including executives
  • Lead strategy projects, provide relevant background material and research specific aspects using internal and external data sources and turning data into actionable insights

What You’ll Need

  • Understand the competitive environment, trends, and opportunities related to healthcare and develop executive-level viewpoints on the landscape
  • Collaborate on market and competitive strategy projects by developing hypotheses, performing strategic analysis and research in partnership with strategy/ cross-functional team members, crafting insights, and developing final recommendations
  • Experience communicating and influencing a range of audiences, including senior executives
  • Experience leading business case development, shaping strategic initiatives and collaborating with the product and cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects, defining GTM strategies and leading cross-functional strategy projects from inception to launch

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and practical experience
  • 5-8 years’ experience in strategy research role
  • At least 3-5 years of experience consulting with a strong background in healthcare
  • Management consulting experience required
