About the Role
The key mandate of the US & Canada Eater Operations team is to unlock the next wave of growth for Uber Eats. In this role, you will own key aspects of campaign strategy and execution. We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about finding and executing creative solutions to our most complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, CRM, Business Development, and Marketing. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of owning and executing large-scale CRM campaigns, and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do
• Design and execute large-scale promotional campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and CRM to unlock new acquisition levers throughout the entire Marketing funnel• Develop best-in-class tools, insights, and processes to enable our Territory Operations teams win their markets• Present analyses and findings to the Senior Leaders and cross-functional partners
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, physics, chemistry, engineering, economics, computer science, operational research) and ideally up to two years of experience in Marketing, CRM, or Operations
• Self-starter with an analytical orientation; empathetic and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves with your team; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity• Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as stakeholder management, consensus building, and project management
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge in Excel / other data management tools preferred• Knowledge in SQL preferred
