Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join Cisco Meraki’s Supply Chain group. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of supply plans and manage supply availability to ensure sales plan attainment.
You will:
- Be responsible for readiness, availability, and visibility of finished good's supply vital to meet overall supply goals
- Partner with JDMs and tier suppliers to develop a proven supply planning processes
- Collaborate with Sales, PM, & Engineering to support launches and transitions of products from NPI, Sustaining and EOL
- Optimize overall Supply Plan and ensure Inventory meets required thresholds
- Drive upside flexibility and build allocation strategies for constrained products that improve revenue
- Identify E&O and other material risks, recommend a critical course of action, and own efforts to mitigate liabilities to the business
- Prepare and communicate critical materials updates for NPIs, Sustaining and EOL materials
- Develop positive relationships with JDMs and suppliers

You Have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of supply chain management experience
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP, Capacity, and Inventory Management strategies
- Proven experience working with Asia-based manufacturers
- Ability to travel internationally, up to 20% as needed.
- Superuser of Excel, VBA, Python, or similar data visualization tool is preferred
