We are looking for a data-driven VP of Marketplace & Expert Operations to lead our Expert marketplace.
 
 
Responsibilities include: 

• Provide operational and strategic direction to drive results for our Expert marketplace. Promote a high-quality customer-focused environment among the Expert community.  
• Recruit, retain, motivate and grow a community of qualified, responsive Experts across 700+ categories to meet 24/7 global customer demand. 
• Drive customer lifetime value through high quality Expert network. Constantly improve Expert performance to drive important business metrics, like response speed, answer quality and customer LTV. 
• Manage, evaluate and improve strategy, products, processes, communications and tools including: customer/Expert matching, Expert compensation programs, Expert retention and recruiting 

Qualifications/Experience   

• 10+ years of senior management and/or GM experience. 
•  Entrepreneurial, High-growth, global, B2C marketplace skills preferred 
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. 

• Ability and desire to flex from big picture strategic thinking to hands-on execution. 
• Create and share a vision that identifies new opportunities, foresees upcoming challenges and proactively addresses issues.  
• A sense of inquisitiveness and intellectual curiosity; ability to listen and learn from others.  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization 
• An innovator with experience leveraging technology to measure and improve user satisfaction and efficiency of a business. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the inherent ability to lead, coach and mentor.
