Rally Health is hiring a Workforce Management Lead who will have ultimate accountability over predictive analysis, people metrics to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making and will assess organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce goals. As part of theTechnology Operations Team, you will report to Director, Technology Operations and work with Product, XD, PMO and Engineering partners.

You Will:

• Perform budget and forecasting processes in partnership with finance for product, experience design, and engineering departmental leads. Include workforce and workforce related expense management. 
• Develop repeatable and efficient workforce management processes and reporting solutions to provide transparency to budget execution status.
• Lead data analysis and overall end-to-end solutions that create the most value with sustained impact.
• Partner and communicate with users, functional counterparts to understand underlying business problems, and work with the extended team to recommend and implement the right solution. 
• Implement processes within departments to connect demand and supply with budgets.

You Have:

• 7+ years of professional workforce planning experience.
• 4+ years of financial planning (budgeting and forecasting) and analysis experience.
• Experience partnering across teams to achieve positive outcomes and managing changing demands and prioritization of work.
• Experience with analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level and the ability to understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals.
