Branch is seeking a Workplace & Engagement Coordinator to create a happy, healthy, and efficient office environment. This position serves as a critical liaison between Branch employees, visitors, vendors, customers, and business partners. The role will be exposed to all departments across the company and work cross-functionally to accomplish various tasks and projects.

As a Workplace & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll get to:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to employees, clients, guests, vendors.
  • Promote office safety by adhering to the visitor and guest policies.
  • Understand organizational policies and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
  • Maintain and coordinate cleanliness and safety of office space, kitchens, equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate vendor management, catering, deliveries, etc.
  • Manage and order standard office supplies, while maintaining a neat and tidy supply area for employee use.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages and alerts staff members that their items have arrived.
  • Assist Workplace & HR with onboarding needs.
  • Act as the customer service agent between employees and building maintenance to address any issues and concerns.
  • Assist in onsite events or guest visits, as needed.
  • Perform special projects as requested.
  • Assist Workplace Ops team as needed.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable interacting with all levels of employees, management, and third-party vendors.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities as required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly.
  • Strict confidentiality standards.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience and comfortability with Gmail, Slack, Google Docs, Excel, and Mac computers.
  • A customer-service mentality.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy, energetic workplace environment.
  • A desire to help others and a willingness to pitch in whenever and wherever you are needed.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
