This is Product Marketing at Lattice

We are seeking an agile, experienced product marketer to join our team to lead pricing & packaging for the Lattice Performance Management Platform. Initially, this role will focus on developing innovative, impactful pricing and packaging recommendations for new and existing products. You’ll invest in competitive research, market analysis, and work closely with finance to model different pricing scenarios. You’ll be responsible for validating pricing and packaging, and securing sales alignment & adoption. 

Beyond leading our pricing strategy, this role will support strategic projects across the business, including platform messaging & differentiation, market-sizing and analysis, roadmap prioritization, and building sales plays to enable business growth and customer success. The right person will be highly collaborative, seek opportunities to have outsized influence within the organization, and enjoy connecting dots between different teams to create leverage and impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for our suite of products, collaborating with finance to create compelling pricing bundles and offers aligned with marketing and sales programs.
  • Conduct thorough research encompassing product, customer, competitive, and financial aspects to inform packaging and pricing recommendations. Present these recommendations to the executive team, driving consensus and action across key stakeholders.  
  • Align the revenue organization behind pricing and packaging strategies, enabling field teams to leverage new pricing & programs. You will be responsible for developing sales training, supporting managers, as well as monitoring the success of new packages in market.
  • Leverage insights gleaned during pricing research to evolve our competitive positioning and design strategic sales plays, in partnership with both marketing and sales leaders.
  • Lead platform-level product launches, engaging product, marketing, and sales teams in the process to ultimately drive product usage and adoption.
  • Partner with the Product team to identify strategic growth opportunities and make prioritization recommendations.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of pricing strategies and product launch initiatives. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of Product Marketing or highly transferable experience, including pricing strategy, consulting, or business analysis. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $149,500.00 - $224,500.00  This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
