About the Role:

As the Lead Product Operations Manager of Brightline, you will be a key partner to our Product and Technology organization in building and streamlining processes for planning, coordination, and communication across teams. Blending skills in product, operations, and program management, you will be an engine for collaboration, guiding best practices across our organization. 

Reporting to Brightline’s Chief Product Officer, the ideal candidate will create and roll out new tools and playbooks that unlock and scale our teams’ best work, including running our monthly and quarterly roadmap planning process, reporting on product status and outcomes, and coordinating trainings and communications for cross-functional partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science and Operations partners. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive roadmap planning: Run a transparent and scalable quarterly and monthly roadmap planning process with strategic rigor & efficient coordination across teams.  
  • Measure team investments & track impact against critical themes: Level up understanding around where we are investing resources aligned with strategic initiatives. Continuously measure team velocity and ROI of key projects. 
  • Lead continuous process improvement: Proactively introduces best practices to improve the productivity, scalability and overall happiness of our Product Development organization.
  • Facilitate complex launches: Manage dependencies across squads and proactively facilitate sequenced handoffs (e.g. onboarding updates)

About You:

  • Fired up about our vision to redefine behavioral health for children and their families
  • Strong self starter and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and greenfield work
  • An executional powerhouse who is comfortable building new processes & systems from scratch
  • Data driven and highly analytical, adept at measuring and reporting out on impact and ROI
  • Excellent at synthesizing information from multiple sources and crafting presentations and dashboards that deliver high-impact takeaways
  • Outstanding communication and cross-functional partnership skills across all levels of the company 
  • 5+ years of Product Management, Management Consulting, Program Management, or related experience
  • Healthcare, wellness, or Enterprise benefits experience a plus
