Job Description

• Own the product areas of Analytics and APIs in Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) to build a world class reporting and analytical framework for Digital Experience Monitoring and Observability

• Build a persona based reporting framework that provides visibility from an helpdesk engineer all the way to CXO staff, as well as technical metrics to business intelligence layer

• Drive the API strategy for the product to provide easy and use case driven access to rich telemetry data in the product to the customers and also drive partner integration strategy with an API and webhook first approach.

• Build an ML driven visibility framework to provide deep insights into Internet and user experience trends, peer comparisons and correlation with telemetry within broader Zscaler ecosystem products

• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs

• Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support and field teams to drive successful product release and adoption

• Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content

• A passion for customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a product manager in one of the following domains is preferred: Observability, DEM, APM, Analytics/Business Intelligence or AIOps

• Experience building for data-rich products, incorporating data visualizations

• Adept at delivering high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment

• Prior experience with networking 

• Track record creating products from concept to market success. 

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.
