About the Role

As a Product Manager for the Platform Experience team you'll help our customers large and small enjoy the seamless experience across platform-level services — like onboarding, security and authentication management, team collaboration, spend tracking, and more. These are the experiences that help developers — and the customer roles that support them — stay productive, secure, and collaborative as they build and create on the Mux platform. We’re looking for a strong, creative Product leader who wants to have a significant impact on our customers' success.

Candidates with experience in developer-facing products and platforms are encouraged to apply, as are creative thinkers with the ability to empathize with users and solve problem in new ways that will delight them.

What You'll Do

We want to talk with you about your areas of interest, passion, talent, and experiences to figure out together where to focus the position. Below are the areas where we know there's opportunity:

• Own user-facing security and authentication features, and create innovative experiences around SSO, 2FA, token-handling, integrations with third-party platforms, and more.
• Own developer-facing management interfaces to APIs and webhooks.
• Own the management experience for collaboration features around how teams work together on the Mux platform.
• Work with the onboarding team on workflows and features for customer account management, with a goal of delighting developer as they experience Mux for the first, or the thousandth, time.

Who You Are

Here's some aspects of the backgrounds that would contribute to a good match for this position:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• We are open to hiring mid to staff level Product Managers.
• Prior experience in owning user-facing authentication experiences (SSO, 2FA, token management, for example)
• Experience in developer-facing products and/or platforms
• Experience in owning onboarding flows
• Experience with management workflows for API products
