About the Role

This is a unique role that involves strong product craft and business sense alike. You’ll work closely with your design and engineering counterparts, as well as external stakeholders and go-to-market teams, in order to help us invest into building out Lattice’s platform and integration strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Help define a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Lead the development and prioritization of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Track the success of the product features that we launch and know how to iterate based on metrics and customer feedback
• Support strategic partnerships through embedded platform integrations
• Identify new integration opportunities and categories that can elevate the overall Lattice product experience
• Reduce friction of adding Lattice into our customers’ existing HR product stacks
• Own the employee data record that which all Lattice products are built on

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a product manager, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning features and products end to end
• Sales, customer success, partnership management or other relevant customer facing experience a plus
• High focus on shipping new product, and able to make trade-offs that prioritize different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• High degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a product manager.
