About the Role:
The Data Infrastructure team is responsible for building and maintaining Data Architecture at Taskrabbit. The team collects and makes accessible timely, reliable end-user behavior data which informs operations and marketing decisions. The team is also responsible for integrating data sources to different 3rd party tools used across the org. The team sits at the intersection of Marketing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Application Engineering.
The role requires the ability to liaise between all the Marketing functions of our business. This role will both guide the priorities for marketing tools and drive a successful launch of these systems across the Marketing organization including tools scoping, process definition, training, operational support, and ongoing optimization.

What You'll Work On:
- Act as primary subject matter expert for implementation of new marketing technology, tools, and data/reporting.
- Work to support the Marketing team in gathering requirements to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools.
- Change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollout.
- Drive vision for marketing enablement (tools, data, process) aligned to marketing strategy
- Partner with marketing team to define multi-year roadmap across acquisition and retention/engagement
- Set short-term priorities and execute roadmap in partnership with data and engineering
- Make strategic, long-term vendor decisions
- (initially) lead audit and gap analysis of tools, process, and data landscape
Your Areas of Expertise:
- 2-4 years of experience with integrating and working with new marketing tools
- Expert knowledge of Mobile Marketing Platforms and CDP tools
- Expert knowledge of attribution frameworks for mobile apps.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing tools.
