At Sisu, we're building a software platform that empowers people to make better decisions using data. Based on years of cutting-edge research at Stanford, the platform helps businesses understand why their key metrics are changing. We use novel data mining and machine learning techniques to produce insights in real-time and deliver them through an elegant, modern web interface. Product Managers drive Sisu’s product strategy and execution, turning user needs and opportunities into a product roadmap.

We’re looking for experienced Product Managers who love building simple, intuitive solutions to complex problems. In this role, you’ll define the product experience and help drive the product strategy from an early stage as our team and customer base grows. This is a unique opportunity to influence the direction and user experience as our product gains accelerating market traction

What you'll accomplish

• Lead product definition, strategy, and long term vision for how the Sisu product experience drives growth and engagement 
• Interact regularly with existing and prospective business customers to gain a deep understanding of our users and their needs
• Collaborate tightly with Design and Engineering to determine what we build and how we build it
• Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute our product strategy and roadmap
• Help shape the team culture and product direction as we grow

What you'll need to be successful

• Excellent product taste and have designed simple solutions to complex problems
• Experience as a Product Manager or Founder driving growth for B2B Saas companies
• Passion for tackling large, nebulous problem spaces with a user-centered design thinking approach
• Comfort navigating and leading teams through ambiguity
• Bonus points: previous experience as a data analyst
