Senior Product Manager, Billing & Pricing

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to lead the next evolution of our billing systems — partnering closely with business teams to implement pricing and packaging strategies that drive continued growth and success.

As a Senior Product Manager on Billing & Pricing, you’ll …
- Maintain and evolve our mission-critical billing systems that enable us to reliably capture revenue for our business
- Partner with business, product, design, engineering, and customer success teams to define and implement pricing and packaging improvements for sustained growth
- Understand our technical foundation, business strategy, and user needs to deliver clear and consistent customer billing experiences
- Understand and prioritize potential projects from various inputs so the team is always working on the most impactful projects
- Motivate your team to do the best work of their careers
About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager on Billing & Pricing if you:
- Have 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role
- Are comfortable getting into deep technical discussions with engineers about the pros and cons of different approaches
- Have an understanding of the technical architecture of billing systems and infrastructure
- Have previous experience in engineering or QA with an ability to think deeply about engineering decisions and how to create tools that enable engineers to do their best work
- Are a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit —you're self-driven and you don’t need direction
