Senior Principal Growth Product Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Product Growth Manager to lead growth strategy and directly influence the product roadmap of a new product for Site Reliability Engineers and App Developers. We believe they are the true guardians of distributed systems and architectures. You will be part of a strategic product management team working on building the next generation of software products and embracing a true Product Led Growth model

Key Responsibilities
Product growth strategies and tactics
- Define, own and execute the product growth roadmap to increase user base, activations, engagement, retention, referral and overall virality
- Identify key drivers of engagement growth to increase activation and retention and will own key metrics for the business as measure of success
- Inform pricing/packaging strategy for optimal user conversions across packages
Customer journeys and experiences
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer needs and advocate relentlessly for the best product user experience on their behalf through market research, experimentation, and user testing
- Own defining customer journeys, user flows, epics across various life cycle phases above including subscription account management
Experimentation & optimization
- Lead, align and influence PMs, Designers and Developers to build on existing product functionalities and features to increase user engagement (e.g., Own product roadmap around, Pendo or comparable in-product analytics/tours/onboarding to improve feature adoption and visibility of usage)
- Influence digital marketing and product marketing teams to provide direction for user acquisition, web strategy, branding, and product marketing campaign strategies
- Understand our user acquisition channels, user funnel and lifecycle of new and established user cohorts, identifying inefficiencies and new opportunities to improve growth metrics
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant product management experience in a fast paced, high growth agile SaaS environment
- Proven success in driving acquisition, activation and engagement of users in a digital sales SaaS sales model
- Proven success of increasing product and feature adoption through data driven product changes or enablement
- Experience designing, instrumenting tools and interpreting tests and analytics to drive decisions and improve product experiences
- Willingness to experiment and stellar ability to collaborate with PMs, Designers, Researchers, Engineering teams etc.
- Comfort with technical concepts around cloud software & applications
- Solid understanding of personas like Developers, DevOps and SRE personas and market segments
- Clearly present findings and recommendations from experiments to executives and key stakeholders
- A track record of strong cross-functional leadership, being an owner of business and product growth and getting projects from idea to GA
