YOUR TEAM
Nuna’s Product Team sets the vision and strategy for Nuna’s products as catalysts for a nation-wide transition to value-based care. We’re the voice of our customers within Nuna and love learning about their needs and challenges in order to craft better solutions. We work closely with User Experience, Engineering, and Data Science across new and existing products at Nuna. We thrive in ambiguous situations, manage chaos with a sense of humor, and have a bias towards action that is data‐driven and purposeful.
YOUR IMPACT
Nuna’s Value Platform team is building the next generation of healthcare products to enable widespread adoption and delivery of value-based care throughout the United States. Through these products, we’ll tackle the major challenges delaying the delivery of high-quality affordable healthcare for everyone.
In your role, you’ll lead the vision, definition, and development of Nuna’s Value Platform core payment technology, enabling Nuna to drive fast and accurate payment of $100’s of millions in value-based payments to high-quality healthcare providers throughout the United States.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
- Drive payment innovation in the healthcare space through the definition and delivery of of products that power value-based payments for millions of beneficiaries.
- Ensure system scalability and speed, enabling faster and more accurate provider payments.
- Develop standard product interfaces to drive rapid integration with established payment infrastructure.
- Collaborate with policy experts, health plans, and providers to realize technologies and value-based policy innovations that drive simplified value-based payments.
- Drive the adoption of new ideas by breaking down complex problems into steps that guide teams through product development.
- Work cross functionally with design, data science and engineering to deliver a product that connects business requirements to product.
YOU BRING
- 7+ years experience or equivalent
- Proven track record of building and launching enterprise payment and/or transactional infrastructure products
- Experience with audit functions and/or SOC1 compliance
- BA/BS degree in relevant technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Entrepreneurial, leadership, organizational dynamic skills.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, you break down problems and generate shared understanding across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self starter with a bias towards testing and execution.
- User obsession and aptitude to translate their needs into product.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing demands across multiple stakeholders.
