Cisco Meraki knows that technology can connect us, empower us, and drive us. By simplifying powerful technology, we can free passionate people to focus on their mission. As the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, our products and technology architecture are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud-managed IT a reality. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you help customize the direction by ensuring our organizational challenges and opportunities are driving towards the best results.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll be relied on as top of knowledge in the sales process, maintain and work in Salesforce.com, and deliver standard methodologies to the broader Meraki teams regarding how to best use Salesforce.com. Not only will you manage and execute Meraki sales processes, but also implement data integrity projects. Being a problem solver, ready to dig into many different sales related tasks and projects is your passion. Being relatable, and understand how sales representatives will use the tools and processes you create will ensure your success. Organization and attention to detail best define you, as does the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively. Experience in a startup environment is a plus in order to tackle a variety of tasks at a very fast pace.

In this role:

  • We partner with other Sales coordinators to work in a Salesforce case queue facilitating all sales and organization requests such as account merges, account disputes, orders reprocessing, and Sales Engagement clarification.
  • Enable end-to-end sales processes by implementing changes and developing documentation.
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce policies and procedures.
  • Perform monthly revenue and account audits ensuring Salesforce is the source of truth.
  • Help drive and implement operational projects to increase team efficiency.

You are:

  • A curious, quick learner, who loves fast paced environments.
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Candid. You communicate broadly and often, providing clear purpose, direction, goals, and measures.
  • Able to Disagree, Decide, and Commit. You listen to understand different opinions and allow them to influence the direction.
  • Results Driven. You are resilient, optimistic, and passionate about our business results while never compromising customer, partner, and team relationships.
  • Trustworthy. You commit to earning our team’s trust every day through your actions and transparency.

You have:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Sales Operations or other Sales Support functions.
  • Achieved a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of Salesforce.
  • Solid grasp of sales and business processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; are comfortable making recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Can prioritize tasks efficiently and have a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments.
  • A good sense of humor.
