We’re looking for a seasoned Director of Sales Operations to lead strategy and oversee processes, tools and resources to drive efficiency and productivity across our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hands-on work on project deliverables and data analysis, and have a depth of experience in high growth SaaS markets. You’ll work cross-functionally between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to help make our sales organization a great success.

As a Director of Sales Operations, you’ll get to:

  • Act as advisor to the sales leaders globally across all aspects of the sales operational cycle starting from opportunity creation to close.
  • Optimize the sales process, recognize trends and insights in data, and refine operational models to improve sales effectiveness, time to productivity, ACV per customer, pipeline, and close rates.
  • Build management cadence and comprehensive pipeline routines to encourage predictability, accountability and accuracy.
  • Lead reporting and analysis for sales forecasting and structuring of growth goals, territories, quotas and other metrics to ensure high growth and high morale among the sales team.
  • Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics. 
  • Lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBR, etc.).
  • Works closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs to ensure sales organization success.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team in order to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain cross-functional software and tools across the go-to-market teams
  • Manage, train, and coach the team to build processes to scale and drive operational excellence across all touchpoints of revenue operations.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of revenue strategy & operations experience, 4+ years people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics, data management, and statistical modeling.
  • A structured, analytical thought process with the ability to translate business priorities and needs into plans, tactics and deliverables that can be implemented.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to create and manage initiatives across numerous cross-functional stakeholders including C-suite and global leaders.
  • Prior start-up or a high growth B2B SaaS company experience is preferred.
