About the job:

Sales Strategy & Operations at KeepTruckin drives the strategy, execution, and scale of KeepTruckin’s revenue growth. Our work is cross-functional and touches nearly every part of our business - from what we sell, to whom, and how.

We seek a Dir. Sales Strategy & Ops who will bring innovation, experience and a bias toward action to our team. Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility with all levels of the organization. In this role, any given day could include a combination of defining strategy; project execution; evaluating tech to accelerate our business; and data-driven analysis. Every day will involve deep collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance; Enterprise Systems and the Sales team. The outcomes you drive will shift sales & marketing investments; shape experiments; and have a direct impact on KT’s growth.

The role will begin as an individual contributor within Sales Strategy & Ops. You will team with other Directors and Analysts to get work done. As the group expands, you can expect to build dedicated team of direct reports. This role reports to the VP of Sales Strategy & Ops.

Responsibilities:

• Define business needs and translate them into investments in the people, processes and systems that scale our revenue machine.
• Bring a multi-disciplinary and data-rich perspective on KeepTruckin’s business, bridging the gap of incomplete information when necessary
• Balance the need to run the business we have (reactive & run-rate requests) with the need to grow (proactive initiatives & innovation)
• Play a critical role in cross-functional initiatives as a leader and/or a participant
• Mentor, coach and grow our Sales Strategy & Ops team

Qualifications:

• Curiosity, rigorous thinking and a strategic mindset
• Hustle and the ability to prioritize and manage a broad range of projects
• A background in Sales Strategy, Marketing, Product, Consulting or other analytically and strategically rigorous fields, ideally in high growth environments
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and demonstrated success leading them
• High degree of competency with data analysis, the associated tools (ie Excel) and drawing conclusions
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
• Ability to navigate large orgs and build relationships with all kinds of leaders and teams 
• 10+ years professional experience
• BA/BS and/or advanced degree
