FP&A Business Partner
You’ll join our Financial Planning and Analysis team reporting to Senior Manager, FP&A and closely collaborating with stakeholders across the entire organization. You will serve as a trusted business partner for G&A and R&D functions, driving increased visibility into budget and expense management, resource planning, and financial operations support. As part of the FP&A team, you will have significant interaction with the broader Finance team as part of our consolidation and reporting responsibilities, as well as the opportunity to interact with senior leadership. You have a knack for model-building (ideally using planning software), are intellectually curious, and able to identify solutions to complex problems.

The impact you’ll make:
- Partner with G&A and R&D teams to assist with quarterly and annual budget planning, monthly budget analysis, ad-hoc modeling, and to support their respective expense management and headcount needs
- Support stakeholders’ quarterly investment case submissions and ROI analyses with bottoms-up financial models and pro formas in alignment with company objectives
- Work closely with entire FP&A team to provide budget variance reconciliations, and track key operational and financial metrics
- Assist with monthly and quarterly management and executive-level reporting packages, consolidation and forecast updates
- Drive growth and operational improvements across the team and the Company
- Perform deep dive ad-hoc analysis as requested by FP&A and Senior Management
Skills you’ll bring:
- 5+ years combined relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, or management consulting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills
- Experience using planning systems (such as Anaplan, Planful/Host, or Adaptive)
- Aptitude for financial modeling as well as data analysis & reporting
- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, to juggle multiple priorities, and to stay flexible through growth and change
- Approach work with curiosity, an eye for detail, strong initiative, and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Bonus Points:
- Experience using reporting applications and business intelligence software applications such as Anaplan and Tableau
- Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite
- Focus on continuous process improvement, and the adoption and dissemination of best practices across the organization
