About the Team

The Sales Compliance team is responsible for designing and ensuring effective Sales Compliance across DoorDash Sales teams. 

The Sales Strategy & Operations team accelerates the productivity of our sales organization and develops go-to-market strategies and processes to support the teams. We partner with groups across the company including Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Analytics to build critical systems and enable our sales teams to move faster. This team builds the engine and foundation for DoorDash to achieve the best selection for our platform and grow revenues across our business lines. 

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager, Sales Controls to lead a team to define, build, and achieve Sales Compliance across DoorDash. You will be focused on creating, operationalizing and strengthening a Sales Controls framework capable of upholding DoorDash’s compliance responsibilities (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley certifications) and Sales investment while enabling Sales team productivity.

You will partner closely across Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy & Operations, Systems and Product groups to develop and land appropriate controls to help grow and scale the business.

  • Create the Sales Control framework for Compliant Selling @ DoorDash
  • Design, build and run appropriate Sales Compliance controls and partner with new & diverse business groups to achieve compliance
  • Drive our reconciliation and contract auditing efforts in partnership with Finance and accounting teams
  • Diagnose opportunities to strengthen controls and build a roadmap to achieve targets
  • Lead impactful, cross-functional initiatives to deliver step change improvements in performance (e.g. system/ process design, training/adoption, reporting/ accountability, incentive design etc)
  • Own and maintain systems and permissions access for critical Sales systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales compliance, operations, systems, processes, tools and enablement at either high-growth technology startups or well-established companies
  • Highly proficient in Sales controls and critical Sales tools including Salesforce, Pactsafe/Docusign, etc... 
  • Ability to move quickly and desire to own projects from day 1  
  • Ability to ramp and execute on complex projects
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to interact and build trust across all levels of the business
