Productiv is looking for a Head of Sales Strategy and Operations who will build and scale the sales processes, tools, metrics, and playbooks that make our Sales organization a world-class function. This role will be responsible for developing and spearheading strategic sales initiatives that serve as force multipliers for our rapidly-growing business. 

The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with a wide range of sales systems and tools, is highly structured and results-driven, and loves to think big and solve ambiguous problems. This role will report into the Head of Business Operations and will be the key business partner to our Head of Sales.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Own all sales operations activities including territory planning, building account prioritizations, owning forecasting, owning pipeline management and process, designing and administering incentive structures, developing org design, and writing sales policies 
  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales and conduct deep analyses to develop force multiplier strategies that scale our fast-growing sales organization, including how to design processes to accelerate pipeline generation and increase win rates
  • Be able to articulate overall effectiveness of the sales motion (versus plan) - what’s going well, areas of opportunity, and areas of risk
  • Develop new data and system automations that will create step changes in sales productivity
  • Drive a highly data-driven business by owning sales metrics, regular reporting, and real-time dashboards
  • Own and administer all sales systems, including SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong
  • Continuously improve our sales tech stack by evaluating and implementing new systems and tools

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with demonstrated experience in finding data-driven insights to improve sales productivity and performance
  • Strong ability to identify force multiplier opportunities to rapidly scale sales productivity
  • Strong experience with wide range of sales systems, including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach
  • Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) 
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across different functions
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action and driving results
  • Strong independent project management skills including the ability to define and execute against project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
  • Thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working on multiple tasks with competing priorities with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • B.A./B.S. Degree, MBA is a plus
