We’re excited to be growing our Partnerships team and looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to help chart the path forward creatively to potential new channels. You will be responsible for propping up new partnership channels (mortgage lenders, employers, prop tech, etc) and creating the partnerships playbook, scoping & building new relationships with partners, trialing what drives partner productivity & scaling these customer acquisition channels that will help as many families as possible on the path to homeownership. 


We have exciting growth goals in 2022, and we won’t be able to do this without developing scalable and consistent partnership channels. You’ll be vital and play a foundational part in our mission to help families make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Responsibilities

  • Develop, hone & execute the partnerships playbook: You will be building out new acquisition channels. As the pioneer, you will be developing the playbook, but also iterating it with each new learning. You will scope and test different engagement strategies, with the ultimate goal of driving customer acquisition. You should be creative & solutions oriented as there will be lots of trial regarding what drives channel partners to be productive--whether it be financial incentives, hands on support, or events. You will need to be tenacious to set up these channels and rigorous with tracking.
  • Scope future partnership channels & opportunities: We know there are many potential partnership avenues that could lead to growth for Divvy. This role will include creative problem solving to understand how Divvy can help fuel growth for partners and how to collaborate together to lead to new customers learning about the Divvy value proposition.
  • Work collaboratively with a mission driven team: This role requires close closely with cross-functional team to support ongoing relationships with partners, including sales, operations, product and engineering.
  • Measure and track results: Implement necessary analytics to measure the impact of the program. You will be accountable for the number of customers that come into the Divvy funnel and ultimately convert to Divvy homeowners.
  • Proactive support: Support partner agents in market through the entire Divvy process to ensure a clear understanding of the value proposition and steps necessary to take a customer through the Divvy program.

  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • You have 7+ years of partnerships, BD, or comparable experience. You could also have worked in consulting and are looking for a high-impact role at a rapidly growing company.
