Corporate Sales Team

We are seeking a one of a kind Lead, Account Manager to help support the Director of Corporate Sales & Partnership in scaling our Account Management initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with our Director of Corporate Sales & Partnership on hiring needs and people development such as training and daily guidance, to build and maintain a world class Account Management Team
  • Craft repeatable post-sale motions that add value to our customers, ensuring an optimal customer experience, and help drive Zeus into further teams within a company
  • Help set goals and KPIs for our post-sales sales motionsBuild long-term relationships with our contacts at mid-market and enterprise companies and deeply understand their strategy and goals
  • Help the Account Management Team solve complex user and company needs, helping our customers use Zeus to grow their businesses
  • Act as an internal advocate for Zeus customers, providing ongoing and structured feedback to Zeus internal team to drive improvements across the company by researching and understanding industry and company trends
  • Proactively offer advice on industry best practices and creative product solutions
  • Work closely with Director of Corporate Sales & Partnerships on developing department and company strategies and lead team projects to develop and refine our post-sales operations
  • Ad-hoc people management/development, and project/program needs that will elevate the Account Management Team

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6 years of direct Account Management experience with 2-3 years leading a team as a people manager (ideally in a SaaS, Hospitality Tech company) 
  • Strong business acumen skills to help bring our department and Zeus forward to build professional relationships with industry leaders 
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and sales executer 
  • Strong ability to be analytical to create value-focused stories through customer and industry data
  • Previous experience in developing and executing account plans for mid-market and enterprise companies spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly for in-person or department head meetings with many stakeholders
