Manager Sales Compensation

About the Role:
Work with sales and finance to develop an implement sales commission and incentive plans that align with company objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Work with sales and finance to develop periodic sales plans
- Monitor the effectiveness of the plans and periodic SPIFFS that may be implemented
- Track payout performance of plans
- Provide forecasts of expected payouts especially as performance moves in to potential escalators
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years prior experience working with enterprise software sales compensation plans
- Experience with sales teams geared to different customer segments (SMB to enterprise)
- Record of working across various teams to create agreement on plan structures
- Nice to have - experience with sales compensation applications such as Xactly
