Manager, Solution Partners (Multiple Locations)

The Manager of Solution Partners is responsible for the proactive identification, engagement, and management of the third parties that are required to support the delivery of Evidation’s studies. This individual is the external face of Evidation to potential and active partners, and will also engage with Evidation’s study teams to ensure that partners are identified, engaged, and managed in a manner that aligns with study needs and Evidation’s business strategy. In this role, you will be expected to combine a process-oriented mindset with interpersonal skills to support Evidation’s study portfolio and effectively navigate a dynamic network of third parties.
This role requires skills including, but not limited to, vendor management, sourcing, cross-functional communications, process development, and an understanding of the digital health landscape. We are looking for individuals who can work effectively in a fast paced environment, and bring focus and structure to a critical function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Evidation’s functional teams to understand the business needs that can be met through partnerships (examples may include: data, device, operations, and/ or laboratory partners)
- Understand Evidation’s product offerings and identify gaps where partnerships may be required to create long term solutions that complement Evidation’s core capabilities
- Prospectively scan the market and engage potential partners that align with Evidation’s business needs
- Work with Evidation’s commercial organization to ensure that contracts with partners are properly accounted for in client contracts
- Oversee the contracting process with partners, including the definition of SLAs, KPIs, and key commercial terms
- Directly manage strategic and complex partnerships
- Serve as a point of escalation between partners and study and/or functional teams
- Liaise with clients to discuss Evidation’s partners and how the partners may be used to support study requirements
- Define and manage processes that will structure the identification, engagement, and management of partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 5+ years of vendor management or consulting experience in a healthcare or research setting
- Experience establishing and managing partnerships with technology companies and service providers
- Experience assessing and designing processes
- Successful experience working in client-facing roles
- Experience interfacing with Director level and above in internal and external organizations
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or healthcare projects/programs
- Experience with start-up companies
- Technology and services sales experience
- Supervisory experience
