We are building the account management sales team that democratizes automation.


We are looking for an exceptional and experienced top performing Account Manager in the SaaS industry. As an AM with Tray you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark in the low-code automation movement where we are completely reinventing a multibillion-dollar industry.

You will take ownership for the growth & adoption of Tray’s Embedded Solution. Our technology empowers OEM service teams to provide integrations directly to their customers, within their product, without writing any code.

You will have the opportunity to manage and develop the accounts of some of the fastest growing and most innovative companies in the world and partner with incredible internal resources to ensure our customers unleash the true value of our platform throughout their organizations.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow, nurture, and expand relationships with existing customers/partners
  • Lead compelling presentations of Tray’s vision to a broad range of audiences from C-level executives to individual contributors
  • Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Solution Architects, Marketing, and Customer Success Engineers
  • Provide input to product and marketing teams from conversations with customers
  • Exceed revenue targets

 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS selling experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality - Self starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Adaptability - You understand that change is constant, and you embrace it. You move quickly and encourage continued improvement across the entire team.
  • Success selling to VP or C-level executives - Selling technology to marketing/sales/support is a plus.
  • Proven track record & experience of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Desire to win!

Location

Our HQ is located in the historic SOMA district of San Francisco. SOMA is home to the SF Giants stadium and is about a 10 minute walk to FiDi. But we've got a London HQ and remote hubs all over the map, with Trayers working in San Diego, Austin, Chicago, Atlanta and many more cities in between.
